Cancellation Policy

NSW Christmas School Holiday period:
- Notice, in writing, before the 1st November to receive a full refund of your deposit less a $50.00 Booking Fee.
- Notice, in writing or otherwise, after the 1st November, sorry no refund.
All Other NSW School Holiday periods:
- 4 weeks notice, in writing is required to receive a full refund of your deposit less $50.00 Booking Fee.
- If less than 4 weeks notice is given, in writing or otherwise, sorry no refund.
All Other Times:
- 1 weeks notice, in writing is required to receive a full refund of or your deposit less $50.00 Booking Fee.
- If less than 1 weeks notice is given, in writing or otherwise, sorry no refund.
